Robert Urick – Founding Member, President & CEO

Mr. Urick is the President and CEO located in the DC office.  Mr. Urick is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with investors and other capital sources, strategic development, business development and structuring new business opportunities to include debt and equity placements throughout the US.  He has completed the capitalization of a broad range of properties including multi-housing, office, industrial, hospitality/lodging, retail and land. The capitalizations have included conventional permanent financings, joint ventures, bridge and mezzanine debt and construction financing.

Throughout his career, Mr. Urick has been a serial entrepreneur and has excelled as a senior financial executive.  Commercial real estate finance and analysis is Mr. Urick’s second career in which he has excelled rapidly by utilizing his financial acumen to analyze the financial merits of each transaction.  Due to this capability, he quickly elevated to the top producer and to Sr. Vice President of OlympiaWest Commercial Capital.  Being entrepreneurial in spirit, he launched REUCO in 2009 with volume multiplying year after year.

Prior to forming REUCO and working with OWCC, Mr. Urick was the President & CFO of Network Resources, an IT systems integrator in the DC Metro area.  He was with NR for 15 years rising from Controller, to CFO then President & CFO.  Mr. Urick successfully sold NR in 2005.
